How do I reset a forgotten transaction MPIN? To protect your account security, you can reset your MPIN using the OTP code sent to your registered phone number.

  • Go to Profile > Settings > Reset PIN in the LinkPay SL app
  • Input the 6-digit OTP code sent to your registered phone number
  • Never write down or share your MPIN code with others
